This year, Safran has once again placed its trust in us. We would like to share with you the testimony of Cyril COULOMBEL, "Technical Publications & Part Master Director":
Our team of 20 people is responsible for the maintenance of 5,000 technical documents with a production of about 300 new revisions per year. The TPLM (Technical Publications Lifecycle Management) tool is the software solution developed by iDeMa based on our specifications & business expertise to enable us to better manage our activity.
TPLM is both our reference database for managing all our documents in configuration, the workflow for managing our new document creation or modification projects, and the interface that provides our team and all the departments involved with the necessary overview of the status of each document and the progress of each project in real time.

Since the go live we have been pleased to continue our collaboration with iDeMa by entrusting them with the level 2 maintenance and the development & deployment of several new features in TPLM.
