Born from the merger between the teams of the Caisse d'Epargne Group entity; CGE Car Lease and the Banque Populaire Group entity; Natixis LLD, Natixis Car Lease very quickly saw the opportunity to set up a Corporate Social Network to :
Seduced by its very operational approach, Natixis Car Lease called on iDeMa to make this project a success. The efficiency of this approach is once again confirmed. In less than 15 working days more than 80% of the users have a perfectly enriched profile. The groups are numerous and very business oriented. The contributions go hand in hand. After 4 weeks, the enthusiasm does not weaken. Opente@m is already a tool for daily work and exchange.
Theapproach of iDeMa you might ask? To work simultaneously on the strategic dimension, the change support and the technical framework through a modeled process of 10 very established steps. This process combines learning about usage, functional specifications, technical and organizational framing.
We had the chance and the honor to implement it at Natixis Car Lease and once again it was a success. So no, Social Networks are not dead and if 90% of these projects result in failures, it is probably because the most important thing was forgotten: taking into account the business needs and managing the change.
