The observation: insufficiently trained teams
IT projects are numerous in companies, even more so in recent months. They can be CRM (Customer Relationship Management), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Enterprise Social Networks, Intranets, Websites, improvement of the management of stocks, accounting, maintenance management or technical interventions, e-learning or even digitalization, but the teams in charge of these projects are not all sufficiently prepared for this type of exercise. This lack of knowledge can have serious consequences, even leading to the failure of the project itself, which is difficult for the teams to accept.
Interventions in engineering schools and universities
For several years, we have been working with engineering students and students in Master's degree in Computer Science as part of their curriculum. These interventions, nourished by our experience in large IT projects and the problems we encounter at our clients' sites, have led us to build an original program that meets the needs of companies.
An original and personalized course
We offer a course structured around 6 half-days. This pace is particularly effective and much more in line with our clients' schedules. The participants are more attentive and more committed to their training. Indeed, it seems more and more constraining to block the schedule of learners several full days in a row.
The course covers the major themes of IT project management, including:
- the main processes (project management or steering, development, change management, quality assurance, configuration management, management of changes and anomalies)
- development cycles (waterfall cycle, V-cycle, Agile Scrum...) - milestones and deliverables (Opportunity Note, Scoping Note, Management Plan, Functional Specifications, Architecture File, Change Management Plan, Life Cycle Organization ....) - planning and resource management (Pert, Gantt,...) - organization (Committees, Meetings, Governance Bodies, frequency, reporting and monitoring...) - dashboards - risk management
The training is punctuated by an alternation of theory and practice on the project of the moment. iDeMa offers you the opportunity to work directly with your project team on the project to be realized rather than on a "concrete" abstract case. The success of the project will be the best way to validate the acquired knowledge.
We will assist the team in the writing and execution of the various deliverables.
Organization
Within your company with the members of your team (super users, technical referents, business experts, IT specialists, security managers, for example) and according to the schedule defined by the requirements of your project.
The number of learners can vary from 4 to 12 people.
