Let's face it, this second lockdown period is not much fun! It may not be as severe as the first one, but it puts a strain on the morale and organization of many. And I'm not talking about the so-called "non-essential" businesses and activities that are going through a particularly delicate moment. I would like to take this opportunity to salute them and to congratulate them for the self-sacrifice and creativity they have shown to get through this period.
On our side, I won't go back to the way we are living this period but as I wrote in a previous post "we are doing quite well".
Our customers are there. They ask us for help, confirm their confidence and call us to check on us. I take this opportunity to thank them again.
So EVERYTHING IS GOOD? No, of course, everything is not perfect. This situation is also a bit tricky for us. But it is more through our relationship with our suppliers and partners.
Regardless of the structure in question, these last few months have revealed two scenarios. We have been able to distinguish the structures that are already well organized and/or attentive to their customers from those that have not been able to take advantage of the last few weeks to improve their processes and customer treatment. In the first case, our partners proved to be real resources for productivity gains and business improvement. In the second case, the disorganization observed and/or the lack of listening have penalized us enough to force us to make choices in order to continue our development serenely.
And then we also discovered and re-discovered new partners who are particularly dynamic, agile and efficient, and where the word "commitment" is not an empty word. We would like to mention in particular the company EVERDATA, located in Montigny le Bretonneux, which has become in a very short time a true partner for its cloud and hybrid IT infrastructure solutions, its advice and the quality of its support for the integration and deployment of Office 365 solutions.
A small nod to an old acquaintance, the MAGMA company, which is still fighting as a commando of the event industry and is redoubling its creativity to propose more innovative offers than ever. Don't hesitate for a second to listen to their latest blog on the job of project manager in an agency like theirs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T1fhJubC6hc&feature=youtu.be
Let's also mention Paul GiLLET and his agency MilleSoixanteQuatre, consulting agency in influence & inbound communication for his precious advices.
But also our financial and banking partners (And yes!) and to finish a little nugget, the blog of Paul LOUBLIER, consultant at ISOCHRONIX, ex-student met at theYNOV Aix in 2018, during one of our Business Intelligence and Big Data trainings. Paul publishes a lot of very interesting and often funny things (as if one could go with the other)
We were inspired by her publication "Say it with kittens" for this article.
So please, do as they do "Deconfine yourself"!Of course not physically! Continue your efforts to stop the spread of this dirty virus, respect the barrier gestures. BUT DECONFINE YOURSELF in your heads! Innovate, have fun and listen to your customers!
See you soon.
