New tutorials for Canal+

CANAL+ OVERSEAS is the subsidiary of the CANAL+ group in charge of the development of the TV packages of CANAL+ / CANALSAT internationally and in the French overseas territories(http://www.canalplus-overseas.com/).

The subsidiary distributes the bouquets in more than 40 countries inSub-Saharan Africa, theIndian Ocean, the Caribbean and the South Pacific.

As part of its service development activities, Marketing develops tools that allow subscribers to discover services through multimedia tools, emphasizing interactivity with the user.

Virginie LE THANH, Product Manager, has once again asked iDeMa to create and update tutorials in HTML5.

Virginie returns to this production:

Television is no longer consumed in the traditional way, with a daily appointment at 9pm in front of the television. We wanted to accompany our subscribers in the evolution of their lifestyle, to be at their service, in order to help them enjoy their subscription wherever and whenever they want. This reinforces the perception of value-for-money, and therefore has a positive impact on customer satisfaction. But using a mobile application is not as natural and intuitive for everyone. This is why we need to support our future users in the development of uses

Our recent project delivered by iDeMa consists in presenting our mobile application myCANAL allowing subscribers to find their favorite contents live or on demand. We had two objectives: to introduce our free application and to make subscribers want to download it, as it requires a certain level of commitment from the customer.

So we decided to develop an interactive tutorial that fully simulates the mobile environment, from our website." Discover it here
