Specialists in nothing

"This is the question we are regularly asked, especially if you do not know iDeMa. We answer this question without embarrassment,"none", a surprising approach, you might say? No, it's really a differentiating factor. All the services and competences we provide to our clients lead us to know and participate in their most strategic reflections, in particular in the context of :

  • Consulting missions in #Organization and management,
  • projects from #Change_Leadership,
  • Pedagogical_engineering and #Training projects,
  • #e-learning and #multimedia
  • implementations of Corporate Social Networks #RSE.

Very quickly the dilemma arose of guaranteeing them total confidentiality.

In order to be more efficient in optimizing their methods and processes, we need them to share with us the most valuable information (innovation, manufacturing secrets, commercial approach, distribution, teaching methods, etc.). How to ensure that the most strategic data is not disclosed, more or less inadvertently, to our clients' colleagues and competitors?

There is only one solution: exclusivity and this is iDeMa's particular approach. We commit ourselves to our clients not to collaborate with their direct competitors, as long as we work with their teams. This allows us to work with them in complete confidence and to participate in their most strategic thinking. On the other hand, we can safely share best practices with each of them and thus create real added value. It is a sort of collaborative approach to consulting.

Our experience with #RSE projects and #collaborative work leads us to advocate the development of collective intelligence every day. We had to apply it to ourselves and to our clients. And since collective intelligence is based first and foremost on trust and confidentiality, we could not but move towards this commitment of total exclusivity.

One last point; this approach is itself the result of my exchanges with one of our clients, reminding me that we always share better with those who are different from us, than with those who are in the same market. For reasons of confidentiality, of course, but also for obvious human enrichment.

PS: I reassure you, and those who know me will have recognized my slightly offbeat tone, "we are not specialists in anything", but experts in our fields and specialists in our clients' problems.
