In recent weeks we have been very responsive to messages from our clients and partners to check in. We have also been concerned about each other's health and the difficulties that our respective organizations were experiencing.
We are doing quite well, even very well. We would almost be embarrassed to have the strange feeling that we are particularly well adapted to this situation. We have been working remotely for many years, thanks to new technologies such as digital and cloud. For once, the shoemakers are not the worst shod.
We continued with our development projects, support and assistance services. The first few weeks of the lockdown were quite busy, but then a certain lull came. Finally the activity became hectic again.
What did we miss the most? Talking to our customers face to face! Because even if teleworking is facilitated at iDeMa, we had to give up seeing you for a while. So we took advantage of these few weeks to :
- Accelerate the completion of very nice projects
- Prepare for the recovery of dormant ones
- Optimize existing solutions for ourselves and our customers
- Test others
- Improve our working methods
- Strengthen our financial structure through a capital increase
- Launching new R&D projects
- And define an offer especially dedicated to SMEs. But shhhh, it's a secret.
And even though we have given up on the event we were planning to celebrate our 10th anniversary, we will try to keep some other surprises in store for you.
