The #RSE craze is over!

At the end of this year, between "official" statistics on the failure rate of Enterprise Social Networking projects and obviously conclusive feedback, is the question still being asked?

The question is no longer whether it works, whether CSRs are fashionable or out of fashion... Collaboration has become a way of life, even if this approach takes much longer in Europe than in the United States or on the other side of the Atlantic. Successful experiences prove that this more collaborative approach is no longer an option. It meets the needs of our teams and our companies to be more agile than ever. I would even go so far as to say ultra-agile and at the same time concerned about capitalizing on our knowledge and skills in the long term.

We have put some of our experiences on the front page of our blog, in particular that of Natixis Car Lease. We were also particularly impressed, at Search-day de veillemag, by those of:- the Espaces Naturels Régionnaux (ENRx) of Nord Pas de Calais with the implementation of Jamespot.- Constellium with Vedalis. In all three cases, the objective of creating value and capitalizing on good practices and experiences is astonishing. So yes, the CSR craze is over. It is now time for real and concrete implementation.

Of course, there are still many projects that have ended in abject failure, but the real successes exist. They are based on a real need to change. Change towards more sharing, more capitalization of knowledge and know-how, more transversality. They also require that CSR projects be experienced as a real company project, with significant preparatory work to understand the customer's needs and support for all users and managers.
